Background image doesn't appear on mobile phones

Dear Support,

Background image of the first section doesn't appear on the mobile phones.

Also I've tried to set a video as a background, the problem is still here.

Could you give me any advise how to fix the problem?

Hello,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists.
