Slider Revolution Plugin cannot be activated or installed

I have BeTheme installed, but am not able to install a demo site with slide becuause it is saying the Slider Revolution plugin is not installed.

I have installed the plugin, but it says it is not active and I am unable to activate it. It also says a new version 6.1.5 is available, but I am unable to update it.

How can I get BeTheme to recognize that the plugin is installed, and how can I activate it?

Hello,

please remove the plugin, then update the theme to the newest version.

After that, go to betheme>install plugins and install/activate the slider plugin.

You do not need to register the plugin anywhere, just activate it and use it.

Thanks for the reply. When you say "update the theme to the newest version", how is that done, and will it affect the site?

We are on BeTheme 21.4.8.1
