Problem Updating

We need to download the most updated version of BeTheme, but we no longer have access to the email associated with our Themeforest account. I contacted Themeforest about the issue we're having, but I'm still waiting to hear back from them. It's been a few days with no response from them and we need to get our site back up and running. We can't update through Wordpress for some reason. I know if I could somehow download the most current version of the theme I can update manually.

Hello,

If you theme version is 20 or higher, you don't have to login to the themeforest profile, you can update it straight from the dashboard of betheme.

Otherwise, you have to wait til the themeforest will respond you, we do not handle with the license key or accounts on the envato market.

How do I register the theme? I keep getting this message.

"Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: carpetcornerstudio.com"

How do I deregister this theme on that site? Wasn't aware that it was registered at that site already. I don't believe it's an active site.
