Blog headline BEFORE image

On the blog page or category pages - how can I have the blog headline appear BEFORE the image? Right now it is the other way around.

Please show us on screenshot which headline you mean and also provide us url to page where you want to change this. We'll check if it's possible to change their position.

All the listed blog articles come with image first. I would like to have the headline/title first instead which I think would be more logical. I also would like to have that carried over to categories site-wide.

So this is unfortunately not possible because css won't work in this case. For that must be modified theme files.
