I have imported the Language2 demo and trying to find how to edit the "filter by". Would like to change the filter titles. Currently it has "Language" and I can see it then filters the Categories.

Hello,

All of the translatable elements are able to change in the Theme Options > Translate.

You will surely find the "Filter by" string in Blog & Portfolio section.

Thanks for that. It was the one place I didn't look, as "Translate" sounds more like a WPML converter.
