Betheme shortcodes not working on product details page

Hi, I would like to ask if someone is experiencing the same thing, betheme shortcodes only work when i enable the main betheme but when im using the child theme they dont work.

Hello,

It does not have anything in common.

The problem will be related to your customizations at all, the Child Theme by the default is the same as a parent theme.
