MY YouTube Video Doesn't show

Hi There,

I created a page which I created by muffin Builder

please check the link:

As you can see there is a Video segment, as mentioned in youtube video instruction, I copy and paste this link: [Links visible only for registered users] it is my Youtube Video. when I update the page in front end, when you click on video, it doesn't show the video.

please help

Did you provide the ID of the video only?

It's really necessary, otherwise it will not gonna work.

I have another question. can I copy a section in specific page which I built it by muffin builder, and paste it in another page of my website?

right now there is a tool to clone whole page, but I just want to copy a section of a page and paste it in another page of my website.

is it possible?

1) As I told you, insert ONLY id of the video, not whole link.

Otherwise it will not work.

2) You can only copy and paste whole page, we do not have tool like that yet.

I found a big strange problem with BETHEM,

I added TAILOR BOX in my page with muffin builder in this link:

in a Section, I created 2 wrap, in each wrap I added 4 tailor Box, in total I added 8 tailor box. please check the screenshot from wp admin

finally I could add 8 tailor Box after trying 10 times.

however, I just understand it delete another content ( I have created by visual composer)

Why I am losing my content created by muffin builder after 1 2 days???????????

however, when I update the page, just 5 tailor box left. I was this strange behavior before. for example, I added a section and added form or content, map, after 1 day I saw this content is gone.

in this page I saw some content after 1 2 days removed automatically

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Also, it's not possible to lose content after 1-2 days - but if so, the problem is not on the betheme side, because all of the content is stored in the database, so the problem could be related to your hosting provider or some software on his side.

BeTheme does not delete any content by itself.

Your PHP_Max_Input_Vars value is too small.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him, about increasing that value to min.5000

After that, your content will not longer disappear.

I want to remove footer to single page. I think the code is

am I correct? but I don't know how can I find page ID?

I have a problem with font size.

I set 17 size of font, however, IT doesn't change for mobile user and font size for mobile still is very small. how can I increase the font size for mobile?

The mobile size depends on the normal content size of the theme options.

But, you can increase it a little bit, by disabling the "Decrease Fonts" option in the Theme Options > Responsive > General
