Betheme issue with top menu

I have a problem in that on mac computers the header looks like this: image

so that the logo positions itself on top of the menu and the header thus becomes double height and covers the top part of the content.

Can you please help me solve this problem?
Also on a PC, when the screen is slightly small the topmenu disappears, but the mobile menu does not appear, as I am showing you on this video:
