Possible to add space between menu and blog title?

Hi There,

I would like to add some space between the site's menu bar and the title of blog posts. The default blog page template looks like this: https://remiqstest.wpengine.com/?p=324

It would be great if we could add some space to the default template as shown here (ignore center align): https://remiqstest.wpengine.com/?p=325
