Pre-built website does not work if requires WooCommerce plugin

There is no way to install a pre-built website, WooCommerce does not work.
WordPress versión 5.3.2
Tema actual: Betheme (versión 21.5.9)
Plugin actual: WooCommerce (versión 4.0.1)
PHP versión 7.2.28

I'm seeing the following error:
