  Please disable all of the plugins, leave the WPBakery turned on only, clear the cache of your browser and try to edit your website with wpbakery as on the screenshot:

  But, your WPBakery works fine, it does not work like pasting code into the WP Editor will make the WPBakery recognize the code.

  
  

  You have to recreate your structure using their builder.
