Lost sidebars after update

I lost the sidebars when I updated the theme. I installed the web an agency with a white version. now I bought his theme Betheme, and I changed the files that had the son theme, but I lost the sidebars. I've read in your forum that disabling all plugins, cleaning cache and reactivating would fix, but it's not so. Can you tell me what steps can I do to recover my sidebar?
