Problems with navigation (next/prev) Layer Slider

Hi, I'm having problems with the navigation buttons on the LayerSlider. In the preview of the slider (in the plugin configuration) the next and prev buttons (arrows) work perfectly, but when I visualize it in the page they don't work anymore. Can you help me please? I've been trying to fix this for a few days but I can't.

please send us a link to your page so we can take a look.

Also, disable all plugins, leave only LS active and see if it helps.

We are not experts on plugins but we will see what can we do.
