Cant get the home page content to separate from the header

Thank you for the awesome theme! I was trying to separate the content from the header on the arabeard [.] com home page. But, as you can see, I am not able to get the content to go down to under the header. It seems to pop up into the header. Not sure how to get it to start from right below the header..

Also, how can I translate the site using the free version of WPML? Thank you in advance

    Hello,
    You can change the paddings of your website in the Theme Options > Global > Advanced
    There is a field named "Boxed Layout Side Padding" - I wanted to attach the screenshot, but the server of prnt.sc is not working right now - sorry bout that.
