Error in Products page

I have purchased and activated the template license and
everything went perfectly in the installation process, except on the store page (products), where the following message appears on the slide: / * Header | Below * /.header-below #Header .top_bar_left, .header-below #Header .top_bar_right {background-color: transparent}.header-below #Top_bar {position: static; background-color: #fff}body.header-below: not (.template-slider) #Header {min-height: 0px; padding-top: 0px;} 
Could you tell me why and how can I eliminate it?

    Hello,
    Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

    The problem is generated by the WP Bakery plugin. I could not correct it, so I had to create a new page for the store and it was fixed. However I would like to know how to solve a problem with this plugin. I have the license but it does not allow me to use it with this theme. It does not allow me to access the plugin design options. And I have a permanent notice on my dashboard that I can't delete: Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it. And when I click on it the answer is: Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page.
    How can I solve that? Even though I deactivate my license the notice continues and cannot be removed. Thank you in advance.

    About the second question, did you try to update that plugin? You can do it through BeTheme > Install Plugins

    Also, please send us a screenshot of that error message, it would be helpful for us.

    I was taking a
    screenshot of the error to send it to you and curiously it has been fixed. I
    had just done a template update. I guess you have fixed that bug. I have had
    this notice on my desktop for a long time without being able to delete it, and
    fortunately it has already disappeared and I can now access the design options
    of WP Bakery. Thank you!!

    I would like to ask you about another error that I don't know how to solve. 
    Why does the header slide not fit the available space on the store page of my website? 
    On all the other pages I don't have that problem and I have tried various sizes and measurements.

    Please head to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header and turn on the "Minimalist" option, it should solve your problem.
