Pages are not working

Hello,

I installed a pre-bulided webpage of BeTheme. My home page is working but the pages are not working.
I think there is problem about the permalinks.

Everything is looking OK, but when I go to that page, it goes to 404 error page.
If I preview the page before pubish, it shows the page but after publishing, I cannot see page anymore, it goes to Error page 404.

Please can you help?

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

Hello,

Yes, I tried. Still same.
/index.php/ was always on links, I wanted to eliminate that, I changed my permalinks to /post-name.
Then, /index.php/ desappared but now, the pages are not working. All going to 404 error page.

Hello, I have the same problem. If I choose permalink type "Plain", the homepage opens. If I choose permalink type "post-name", the homepage does not open.

Clearing the cache is not the solution, because it happens with new site with pre-built website.

Does it happen when all of your plugins are disabled?

Do not forget to clear the cache after disabling plugins.
