Add widget to Action Bar

I am wondering if there any way to add qTransalte widget to Action Bar?

For example before or after social icons?

our theme is not compatible with qTranslate, so it's not possible.

Hello,

I still think i can do that because i have already translated Menu with qTranslate

The problem is that i cannot find a place where to add code for flags

Can you help me with that? Where is the code for Action bar? So i can add extra.

The code responsible for header is in includes/header-top-area.php and header.php files. So if you know coding, then you can do this under those files.
