How do I update BeTheme

Currently using version 17.8.4 and having problems with slider revolution updating for mobile. From what I have heard, I need to update the theme to get the latest plugin versions. What is the process for doing this?

Hi,

Your theme is really outdated, this version did not have automatic update yet.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
