Facing issues with revolutions slider

Everywhere outside my country when my customers trying to take my website it is showing "You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the Slider Revolution files js inclusion." with a black background instead of slider. Could you please help me to solve this issue? I have tried all the settings chage like Defer JavaScript loading Put JS to Body, Insert scripts in footer. Still it is not working and showing the same error again and again. Mainly my customers from United States are facing this problem.
 My server region is Mubai, India. For the Indian users this problem is showing only sometimes. For more details i've attached the screenshot with this query.
