Removing or changing icons in blog

Hi Betheme,

Is there a way that I can either change or remove the icons for "categories", "tags" and "author" that I have highlighted in the attached screenshot?

Just for your understanding; I have changed the "Categories" text to "Selskab", "tags" to "Land" and "Author" to "Analysehus".
