sticky header position after scroll to top

Hello,

the header with sticky header option on, when it switches to normal header after I quickly scroll down and up, it goes too low on screen. Can you please let me know how to fix that? Checked on current Firefox browser version.

EDIT: sorry to interrupt, the reason is the wordpress admin bar on top. When viewing without, it its okay.
