demo site installation issues: Partial Install

I wanted to use the yoga3 demo site. 
I am not getting all the theme demo elements, pictures 
It seems to be partially installed, eventhough the scripted notified me it was complete.

BE 21.7.9
all php variables are fine.

    Hello,
    Did you enable only required plugins? Also, is your WP up to date?
    Can you install the theme in parts? I mean, download the pages only, then pictures and slider.

    Hi 

    Yes I disabled all plugins, only enabled the required plugins, 
    My WP version is 5.4.2.

    I tried another demo site, Yoga 2 and same results. 
    I also tried to use site only options such as content, and theme options but nothing comes through still.

    I just scraped the wordpress installation, created a clean wordpress site and having
    same issues.

    the page content seems to be there

    The pictures, some layout formatting (css maybe)  seems to be missing
