I see where it says in theme options that global sidebar positions cannot be overridden, but about global sidebar selection?

90% of my pages will have the same sidebar, so I'd like to globally set them to all the same sidebar.

Then on the remaining 10% of the pages with different sidebars, I'd like to manually set them per page. Can I do that, do I have to select no global sidebar and manually select the sidebar for every single page if any page will have a different sidebar than the others?

This is unfortunately not possible because if you force sidebars under Theme options > Sidebars section, then sidebar will be forced for all pages without any exceptions.

So unless I want to have all sidebars the same on all pages, are you saying I will have to manually set it on each page?

No, this is not what we mean. If you want the same sidebar for ALL pages, then this can be setup under Theme options > Sidebars section. But as you wrote, you can't use the same sidebar for all pages. You said that some of pages must have different sidebar and that's what we mean is not possible.

What I was asking is if I need to set each page's sidebar one at a time....if I'm not going to be using the sidebar on all pages. I assume this is the case, correct?
