Sidebar, accordion menu for categories

Hello,

I have created a sidebar and displaying all the categories.
How can I get an accordion menu if I click on a specific category?
Hopefully this picture explains everything:

Hello,

The only dropdown that we have with categories, is the "Categories" widget in the Appearance > Widgets

Also, you will not be able to display subcategories as a posts, there is no functionality as that in wordpress.

I'm not sure, but I would look for "wordpress show subcategories as posts on archive" or similar.

Solution was the YITH WooCommerce Category Accordion plugin
