Where can i edit the info on the image attached?

I cannot find it! Tired of searching..

On the Home Page Visual Editor, the thing is not clickable. On the backend, i just found a item called COLUMN BOXES, and there is nothing inside..

PLEASE HELP

On the manual there is no COLUMN BOX item also.

I need to edit this part. Where to do it??
