Can't find "Offer Slider Thumb"?

I think I've read all of the threads about this but i still can't figure it out. I made an offer using the "offer" section in the Dashboard, but I can't figure out how to add the Offer Slider Thumb to my page. I'm using Muffin Builder and it's not something I can choose from the elements. See attached.

Hello,

It is not true that you use Muffin Builder because the screen shows WPBakery.

Unfortunately, not all items of muffin builder is available in the WPBakery plugin, they are limited in muffin builder.
