Creating multi language website

Hi there,

I'm about to start creating a website with two languages and with more languages coming soon.

I'm wondering what is the best way to translate them in BeTheme? For example if a user goes on www.website.com/fr I want all the menus to be in French. If a user goes on www.website.com/de I want everything to be in German etc.

Is it possible to use WPML to designate a language to a subpage such as www.website.com/fr?

I'd be grateful for your help!
