Hello, 1. This is "Banner". You can put image there (max. 468x60px or max. 250x250px despite on Header you are using. Olny for Header Magazine and Creative). To do that go to: Betheme > Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras, and in section "Banner" write shortcode with source to your image https://prnt.sc/v55zvb
2. These are icons (for example for shop and search) and Action Button. If you want to dispay them you need to have any option selected exept "HIDE Icons & Action Button".
