How to change the root-favicon

Hi, 

whenever I open PDFs on my site (for example here: https://www.grandega.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/39_20009_grandega_Flyer_Business-Continuity-Management_v04_01_web.pdf), the standard wordpress-favicon pops up. 

How can I change that and get my custom favicon that I use on the rest of the site?
