Betheme question

Hi,

We have two websites, and both website use the exact same version of Betheme. But, only the pre-built website is different. We installed the exact same plugin called A Random Number. This plugin worked with one site, and doesn't work with another site.

Please help.

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:

But, why those 3rd party plugin works with another pre-built website of Betheme?

Hello,
That is because all pre-built websites have diferent content and options.
One demo can have content that will get in conflict with some plugins, but other can work correctly.
Anyway, we do not recommend using plugins we do not support because we do not know how they work and can cause unpredictable issues.
