Activating WooCommerce breaks site

WooCommerce 4.7.0 came out - update and activation of Woocommerce 4.7.0 breaks the website.
Already tested and worked with Bluehost support by renaming, deleting, deactivating all other plugins.
Bluehost updated PHP version, pending one last thing now  "needs the CURL PHP extension"

Woocommerce 4.7.0 is the culprit.

Please help as there are marketing campaigns running to drive traffic etc..
