Is there any guide or tutorial where I could see how each and every item works. How to populate them with content in order to get what I really want. Right now I'm exploring the BeAccountant demo and can't understand how the Offer slider thumb is made. There're some pictures in Mediafiles and a drop-box within the item. How did they add the text? How did they out the order of entries?

Moreover, I'd like to know what does Flat box or Promo box do. And all the rest of items.

So is there a full and ultimate guide on Muffinbuilder items? Or at least something to read/view
