1) Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Extras, and clear the Title and Link sections so they will stay blank.
2) Sorry, but like I mentioned before, there is no option to do that except the theme files modifications.
3) You can add an menu item and use the anchor link that will lead you to the Footer.

How to enable language switcher in onepage template?
Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Extras, and check if you do not have turned on Hide in Top Bar Right section.
