Grey bar at top of all posts

Hi there,

I'm hoping you can help me figure out why there's a gray bar at the top of every post? I don't understand this, is this some setting that I can change to remove it?

Here's an example:

Hello,

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and modify the Height value.

That worked, thanks so much! Is there a way to add some padding above the video? Or how can I change the grey color to be white instead? I don't want the content to be pushed all the way up to the top of the page.

You can add a padding to the wrap that contain this video.

Just open the options of the wrap and put the values in Padding input.
