Updated WP caused issues with the Main menu and other things

Yesterday our web-designer updated the WP to 5.6.3 version.

Here's the site [Links visible only for registered users]

The 1st thing I saw was shifted menu. Before: [Links visible only for registered users]

Now: [Links visible only for registered users]

2nd thing - there is no sticky header any more. It just doen's stick.

3rd - the parallax on this [Links visible only for registered users] page doesn't move any more

and other issues.

Should I update the Betheme? As far as I can see I'm working in the "child". [Links visible only for registered users]

Is it safe to click the update button here [Links visible only for registered users] ?
