How can I create Floating Footer?

Can you describe to me greater what you want to achieve, please?
It would be great if you attach some example how it should look like, and a link to your website.

I want to create a floating strip with a banner or links at the bottom of the screen
The only option to achieve that, is to choose the Fixed style for footer in Betheme -> Theme options -> footer.
