I don't want comments or authors available to view
For the blog I want to write articles and that is it. No comments or author attributed. How can I make a global removal of the comments closed, commenting options and display of authors below blog items.

Please use the builder template instead, it will remove all of the features which are coming from the single post.
You can select it , while editing the post, see the screen:

Will need a bit of work as it removes the post image. But I understand the flexibility it offers.
