I understand that WordPress 5.7 due in March has some pretty extensive changes, especially to the jQuery update. With version 5.6 and auto-updates, is there anything that we need to be aware of with the BeThemes?

No, you should not worry about the new WP update and Betheme.
Before every new version of WP, we are testing it with our theme and make it compatible if any modifications are required.
