unable to load visual composer

Please upload theme to recent 8.0 version (please do update via FTP only) and also please update VC plugin to 4.5.2 version.

Hmm, maybe. We don't know if VC works with windows hosting or not. But we never recommend to use windows hosting for websites.

i was under a linux hosting and only at the time of transfering the site on the definitive hosting i discovered that the client chose a windows host, now i'm trying to change from window to linux
