Hightlight menu -> category -> category -> current-page-item when this is active
How can that be done in CSS?

Please, go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Menu & Action Bar -> Menu and from Style dropdown menu select Highlight.
If this is not what you want to achieve, please, explain it to me greater.
It would be great if you attach some example of how it should look.
