You are flat out liars - Theme does not work with Elementor

You guys just ripped me off. I have made hundreds of sites at this point and I am not interested in going back to WP Bakery.
That's like a visit to the 1980's. People use WPBakery because they don't know any better. I'd rather use plain old html, and I don't want to do that either.
I bought BeTheme because you said you can edit with Elementor. I liked the idea of a Pre-built site, but only if I can edit it (with Elementor)

I have had the BeTheme product for a couple of hours now and it is bullshit. I was deceived, as it is not editable in Elementor. So I am going to do a chargeback. I will give 24 hours for a response and then just start a chargeback. You are perpetuating outright deception and lies.
I am just permanently done with Envato if I have to go this way. There are some great products here and I have bought a number of them but this is just too much.
The most irritating thing was I spent hours picking out what looked like just the right theme (the proviso was it had to be editable with Elementor).
I picked it out - finally - downloaded and started using it and find out you just wasted a sh**-ton bunch of my time.
And to add insult to injury you apparently don't even have a support ticket system. wtf

From your video, I can see that you are using the Tuning pre-built website, and this demo was created with Muffin Builder, not Elementor.
It is not possible to edit content created in one builder with another. If you would like to use an Elementor, you will have to use the pre-built website that was already created with that Builder or create new pages from scratch.
