Menu not working on tablet in landscape mode
Hello,
I'm having trouble with the BeTheme Header builder. The menu at one of my projects does not behave as expected, as you can see in the added image.
The error appears on tablets in landscape mode. On mobile and web there are no such issues. The links in the menu are still operating, yet they are not visible. Futhermore the menu does not close upon tapping a different area of the page which renders other links on the page unusable. Could this be an issue with the responsive design and if so, how do I solve it? Help would be much appreciated.

Hello,
What device you are using to test it?
I think that this issue can be because your menu items have anchor links and submenu at the same time. Please, check if this issue appears when you put the submenu items under the menu item without anchor link.
Thanks
Hello again,
I tried as recommended but the result is the same. The first menu item is now a normal page instead of an individual link with anchors.
I am testing via https://www.browserstack.com/ on multiple devices. The screenshot was taken on an Ipad Pro 12.9. The error occurs on several tablets, both apple and android.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if this issue still appears.
Thanks
Did as recommended. With all plugins deactivated, the menu works fine. It does so unless I activate the BeTheme Header Builder. As I am using it to design the custom menu-bar, I cannot work without it though.

Please, install a fresh version of Betheme via FTP, and check if this issue still appears.

Hello Phil,
still, same result after the theme has been installied.
We do not really know what is the source of this issue because we did not notice anything odd on your website, and we could not reproduce this problem in our environment.
But we have added the custom CSS code that is fixing this issue (you can find this code in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS).
Best regards
Hello Phil,
unfortunately this does not solve my issue. Is there a way to deactivate the header altogether so I can use another header builder to create my header? Maybe via a childt heme?
The only plugin we support where you can build your custom header is Elementor Pro, and if you use it, then your header will be replaced automatically.
If you would like to use some third-party plugin, then you will have to test them on your own.
Best regards
