How to Remove Social Icons Next to Featured Image in Posts

There does not seem to be a way to edit the social icons -- Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest -- that appear next to the featured image in Posts.

For example, these are visible on this page and I don't want them:

How can I remove them?

Hi,

to remove them, please deactivate "Share box" feature under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section.

Can I add a custom share box in any way, say using a plugin or someting? Can anyone recommend one?
