Can't install a prebuilt website

Hello

I can't install a prebuilt website.

I followed what you said on other tickets like delete the key and add again. but I still have the message:

"There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."

    Hi again

    So I followed the different solutions you mention in different posts without success.

    #0. WP 5.7.1 + BeTheme 22.0.3

    #1. I already installed and setup correctly pre build theme locally and on a 1and1 shared server

    #2. This installation is done on a cloud server with SFTP access (enabled ssh2 / SSH SFTP Updater Support)

    #3. env is Ubuntu 18 + php 7.4.18 + apt update/upgrade done

    #4. all the php requirements are green + all plugin not required are deactivates

    #5. I tried also on different computers and browsers (chrome and Firefox)

    Hi. thanks for your reply.

    I reset everything including the ftp user/folder/permissions

    now I installed successfully the prebuild theme.

    So I think it was an issue server side
