User panel problem with site authors

Hi

As you know that we are News Agency and we have 4 authors , in last month I add new user and he can not submit post with Intro header Template.

All authors are Editor not administrator.

Would you please tell me why ?

    Hello,

    Is it happening for this one particular user, and only with Intro Header Template?

    When you create a new user with an Editor role, is the result the same?

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, switch to the parent theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem remains.
