Text Effects on mobile

I notice that special effects don't display on mobile (parallax, text fading in etc). They only display on desktop and tablet. Is there a way to make those effects display on mobile too?

Also, it says my support is valid only until May 27th, but I purchased BeTheme again two weeks ago for a second website. Doesn't the support reset at that point?

    1) Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

    It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

    2) If you purchased a new license but did not register it anywhere yet, you need to verify your support with this key on the forum. Check the following screenshot for better understanding:
