It's supposed to be like this? Because it's confusing and it has a GIANT scrollbar.

It should not look like this.
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache and check if the issue persists.
If it does not help, please, install a fresh copy of Betheme if the incorrect display is still there.
