Changing licence code

My client has betheme site that license is old.

I bought new licence

I can't deactivate old licence and activate new because of error:

Problem is that I don't know the old licence key and username, because site has designed before me..

I bought new licence to get updates but I can't deregister old because I don't know credentials. I can see only part of the licence key..
