Can't update the theme (appears duplicated)

Hello,

I can't update the theme and plugins bundled with it. The theme show me this message:

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: energypublicidad.com.mialias.net

I try to deregister the theme and this message appears:

Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page

My domain is energypublicidad.com and appears duplicate in energypublicidad.com.mialias.net

This is a redirect create by the server, but this folder don't exist. Is the same domain!

    Remember, to attach the license key and please, contact us with the account linked with that license key.
