  • Hello,

    Please, edit the page that contains this slider, scroll down to the Media section, select the slider from the dropdown menu, update it, and check if it appears.

    If this will not help, please, try to import the slider and select it again.

    From version 20, we have introduced a new way of installing sliders. Now, when you install a pre-built website, the slider is imported automatically. You can also import them without installing the pre-built website.

    Here is a screenshot for better understanding:

    If you do not see this option, please ensure that the revolution slider is installed and active. Also, the version of your theme must be 20.0 or more.

    Thanks

  • Thanks Phil, this worked.

    For the header i have selected the transparent logo header, however the menu is only showing in a burger icon and not on the homepage, how can i make the menu show on the site? Please see the attached screenshot

    Cheers

  • Please attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

    Thanks

  • The website is www.orcanex.com - For mac desktop it is only showing the burger icon, but for windows it is showing the menu and links to other pages.

    In the footer i have added the navigation menu, however it has given it a darker grey background compared to the rest of the footer. How can we make the box background the same colour as the footer?

  • Can you explain me what do you exactly want to do with the hamburger menu? The background of menu is transparent so it's like you wanted, right?

    As I see, the hamburger menu is not visible on mobile, because it has the same color as the background, see the screenshot:

    If you want to change the color of the hamburger menu on mobile, please head to the Theme Options -> Colors -> Menu and change the menu icon color.

    About the background color in footer, please paste that CSS code into Theme Options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS

    #Footer #menu-main-menu-1{
       background: transparent !important;
    }

    Thanks
